1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only under the following conditions:

a. Digital Courses / E-Books / Study Materials

Refunds are not available for instantly downloadable or accessible digital products once they have been delivered.

b. Online Live Courses / Workshops

Refunds may be granted only if:

You apply within 24 hours of purchase, and

You have not attended any live class or accessed more than 10% of the course.

c. Physical Kits / Training Materials (if applicable)

Refunds are available only if:

The item is unused,

Returned in original condition,

A request is made within 3 days of delivery.
(Shipping charges are non-refundable.)

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

The customer has accessed significant content (more than 10%).

Live class sessions have been attended.

Discounted or promotional courses are purchased.

User fails to attend the scheduled class/workshop.

Technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet connection.

5. Course Cancellation by CraftersVidhya

If a course or workshop is cancelled by us due to any reason:

You will receive a 100% refund, or

You may choose to reschedule to another batch.
